REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (MOES-C3-05-SUP-IC-08-R - International Cooperation Specialist) Market Approach - Open, National UKRAINE Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project Loan Agreement No. 9238-UA Assignment Title: International Cooperation Specialist Reference No. MOES-C3-05-SUP-IC-08-R The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (MOES) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project (hereinafter referred to as Project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Project aims to increase efficiency and improve conditions to ensure quality and transparency in the higher education system of Ukraine. This assignment aims to support MoES in enhancing international cooperation efforts to improve the higher education sector as part of the Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project. The Consultant will be contracted through competitive selection in line with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Feb 2025. MOES now invites qualified interested persons to submit their expression of interest in Ukrainian and English as provided in the Terms of reference.
