About Ukraine Builders

Ukraine Builders is an independent information service. It gathers public procurement data about Ukraine's reconstruction in one searchable place and explains, in plain English, how international companies can take part.

What we do

• Collect official procurement notices from the World Bank and Prozorro.
• Organise them by sector, region and deadline.
• Publish practical guides on procurement and compliance.

What we are not

• We are not a government body, a donor, or a contracting authority, and we are not affiliated with any of them.
• We do not process payments, hold funds, or take donations.
• We do not submit bids or act as an intermediary.

Where this is going

We plan to add a directory of companies offering reconstruction services and a place for organisations to post needs, with moderation. Nothing in this plan involves handling money on the site.
