Data sources and methodology
We republish and organise public data. We do not create notices, and the official source always takes precedence.
World Bank
Procurement notices for projects in Ukraine come from the World Bank Procurement Notices API. Source: The World Bank, licensed under CC BY 4.0. We have reformatted and tagged the data. The World Bank has not endorsed this site.
Prozorro
Ukrainian public tenders come from the public API of Prozorro, the national e-procurement system. We include open competitive tenders of substantial value that look reconstruction-related. Each entry links back to the original page.
How we tag
Sector and region are assigned by transparent keyword rules applied to titles and project names. When nothing matches we leave the field as unspecified rather than guess. Mistakes are possible.
What we remove
We strip personal contact details such as emails and phone numbers from notice text, and we leave out notices that point to jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions.
Limits
- Data may be delayed or incomplete. Not every tender in Ukraine is shown.
- Deadlines and values can change. Check the official notice.
- Nothing here is legal, financial or investment advice.
