Request for Quotations UKRAINE Project: "Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project" (UIHERP) Loan No.: 9238-UA Name of the Contract: Production of short videos about upgraded research and teaching infrastructure Contract number: MOES-C1-COM-04 1. Ukraine received the Loan No. 9238-UA from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in US dollars to finance the Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract No. MOES-C1-COM-04: Production of short videos about upgraded research and teaching infrastructure under Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project 2. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites eligible participants to submit proposals for the supply of Services as detailed specified in the REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The expected duration of the supply of services is six (6) months from the date of signing the contract. 3. The World Bank requires compliance with the Bank's Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its applicable sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, Bidders shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the request for quotations and execution of the contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank. 4.
