Request for Quotations UKRAINE Project: "Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project" (UIHERP) Loan No.: 9238-UA Name of the Contract: Production of 2 animated motion videos to explain the "Winter Admission" Contract number: MOES-C1-COM-05 1. Ukraine signed the Loan No. 9238-UA with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in US dollars to finance the Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract No. MOES-C1-COM-05: Production of 2 animated motion videos to explain the "Winter Admission" under Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project 2. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites eligible participants to submit proposals for the supply of Services as detailed specified in the REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The expected duration of the supply of services is thirty six (36) hours from the date of receiving the script/text, UI screens, and branding materials from the MoE. 3. The World Bank requires compliance with the Bank's Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its applicable sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, Bidders shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the request for quotations and execution of the contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank. 4.
