Вимоги щодо ступеня локалізації виробництва, передбачені пунктом 6¹ розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», не застосовуються до цієї закупівлі, оскільки предмет закупівлі не містить товарів, визначених підпунктами 2 та 3 пункту 6¹ розділу X зазначеного Закону, та надання послуг за предметом закупівлі не передбачає набуття Замовником у власність товарів, на які поширюються вимоги щодо ступеня локалізації виробництва.
У зв’язку з відсутністю у складі предмета закупівлі товарів, на які поширюється дія пункту 6¹ розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», вимоги щодо підтвердження ступеня локалізації виробництва Учасниками у складі тендерних пропозицій не встановлюються.
