If you are a foreign company
Many foreign manufacturers and suppliers reach Ukrainian projects through a local contractor, installer, distributor or agent. Foreign companies can also bid directly in some procedures; see Can a foreign company bid on Prozorro tenders?
- Find tenders and projects in your sector on Tenders and Upcoming projects.
- See who wins work. Contract awards and Winning companies show which companies sign large public contracts and in which sectors.
- Search the directory. In the company directory, filter by what companies say they are looking for or offer, such as subcontracting, distribution or local representation.
- Say what you want. Add your company and tick "We are looking for", for example a distributor or agent in Ukraine, so that local companies can find you.
If you are a Ukrainian company
If you are a contractor, installer, distributor or adviser, foreign suppliers and large contractors need partners like you.
- List your company for free. Describe what you do, your sector and region, and give a contact.
- Tag what you are looking for: foreign suppliers, a joint-venture or bidding partner, or say that you can represent foreign companies in Ukraine.
- Show your track record. Public contracts you have signed are visible on Winning companies, which helps foreign partners check you.
- Want to be seen first? You can boost your listing on the Advertise page. Paid listings are labelled Sponsored.
Before you work with a partner
- Entries are posted by the companies themselves. We do not verify them and we do not guarantee anyone.
- Check the company's registration and ownership in official registers, and check applicable sanctions lists. See the compliance checklist.
- Ask for references and for contracts they have completed in your sector.
- Agree terms in a written contract before you ship goods or pay. See Who pays on a Ukrainian public contract.
- Never send money in advance to someone you have only met online.
